Terms of Service

Welcome to ChoDev (chodev.pro) — a platform for discovering, showcasing, and connecting technology products, software, SaaS, DevTools, AI Tools, and other digital products, for the community of Tech Builders, Indie Makers, AI Engineers, and Tech Hunters.

By accessing, registering an account, submitting a product, or interacting on ChoDev, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms, along with the Privacy Policy.

When registering and using a ChoDev account, you commit to:

• Age: You are at least 15 years old (or the minimum age under the laws of your country of residence) and have full civil legal capacity.
• Accurate information: Provide a valid email address and a username that does not infringe third-party trademarks or impersonate any individual or organization.
• Account security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• One account per person: Creating multiple accounts to manipulate upvotes, rankings, or farm Hunter Coins is strictly prohibited.

Makers are responsible for the content they submit to ChoDev. Content submitted by Makers/Users may include product names, descriptions, screenshots, logos, website URLs, pricing information, source/demo links, comments/reviews, and other content. Makers must ensure they have the right to use all such content.

The ChoDev ecosystem operates on a community contribution model:

• "Give-to-Get" Mechanism: Makers submitting quality feedback on another product may receive a visibility boost. Submitting spam feedback solely to trigger boosts is prohibited.
• Hunter Coin: An internal points/credit system on ChoDev reflecting community contributions. Hunter Coins are not legal tender, not cryptocurrency, not securities, and are not guaranteed to be redeemable for real money. Unauthorized trading of Hunter Coins outside the platform is prohibited.
• Early Tester Perks: Makers voluntarily offer early trial access to the community. ChoDev acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee these benefits.

ChoDev applies technical systems to protect the integrity of rankings and platform data:

• Makers retain full intellectual property ownership of their source code, logos, trademarks, and products. ChoDev claims no ownership over Maker products.
• By submitting a product, Makers grant ChoDev a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the product name, logo, and images on the platform for discovery and promotional purposes.
• ChoDev respects intellectual property rights. Copyright owners may submit infringement complaints to [email protected] with supporting evidence. ChoDev reserves the right to remove content showing signs of IP infringement.

Content submitted by Makers and users on ChoDev may include:

• Product names, descriptions, taglines, screenshots, logos, website URLs, pricing information, source/demo links.
• Comments, reviews, feedback, and feature requests for other Makers’ products.
• Profile information and social media links.

ChoDev strictly prohibits the following types of content and behaviors:

• Phishing, fraud, and impersonation of organizations or individuals.
• Malware, spyware, malicious code, attack tools, or system exploits.
• Financial scams, illegal pyramid schemes, and user deception.
• Spam and mass duplicate content.
• Infringement of third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.
• Illegal products or services under applicable Vietnamese or international law.
• Malicious redirect URLs and spoofed pages.
• Content that encourages or supports unlawful activities.
• Deceptive or misleading information intended to deceive users.

ChoDev has the right to review and moderate content before or after it is displayed, depending on the situation and as required by law. ChoDev may use automated systems, moderation tools, community reports, and manual review to:

• Refuse to post or restrict the visibility of content.
• Temporarily hide or remove violating content.
• Disable URLs showing signs of being dangerous.
• Issue warnings, restrict features, temporarily suspend, or terminate accounts.

Users may report violating content including: scams, phishing, malware, copyright infringement, impersonation, spam, illegal content, and other violations.

Current reporting channels: Contact via [email protected] or [email protected]. ChoDev reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action upon receiving a report.

If a product is removed, an account is restricted, or content is moderated, Makers and users may contact ChoDev to request a review of the decision. ChoDev will review within a reasonable scope. ChoDev does not commit to a specific SLA for the review process.

ChoDev allows Makers to post URLs linking to external websites, apps, and services. Users should be aware:

• External URLs are under the control of third parties/Makers, not ChoDev.
• A product appearing on ChoDev does not constitute certification, guarantee, or endorsement of that website.
• Users should exercise their own judgment before downloading software, signing in, making payments, or providing personal data to external websites.
• ChoDev reserves the right to disable links that show signs of being dangerous or in violation of these terms.

ChoDev is a platform for discovering, showcasing, and connecting technology products:

• ChoDev does not guarantee revenue, user acquisition numbers, or commercial success for any product launched on the platform.
• To the extent permitted by law, ChoDev is not liable for transactions, content, services, or damages arising directly from third-party websites or products that ChoDev does not control.
• Services are provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. ChoDev does not exclude obligations that are mandatory under applicable law.

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, ChoDev may apply the following enforcement measures:

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, consistent with international treaties to which Vietnam is a party.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Vietnam.
